Sighting at Rocket Research and Manufacturing Company Unidentified lights were seen around the time of 11:45pm July 29th, 2008 in McGregor Texas. The lights were bright and appeared to be forming and retracting in random points over the nearby Hercules naval weapons plant producing solid rocket motors and missiles. The sighting was viewed by more than 30 people, all on a cigarette break at the Convergys Building in McGregor. This same building use the belong to Hercules before being purchased by Dell Computer and then taken over by the city of McGregor. This location is less than 15 minutes drive from President G. W. USO at Quantico Late one night while fishing off the dock at Quantico marine base dock,where public fishing is permitted on base,myself my wife and brother in law all saw a area of light underwater maybe 75 yards from the dock the light was round in shape about 75 feet across and maybe 10 to 15 feet deep.We noticed it was getting closer the time was about 11pm. which made this kind of scary.We pulled up our fishing polls and put our stuff away incase we decided to leave in a hurry, the light kept coming closer slowly but steadily closer we stayed on the dock wathcing and asking each other what should we do then the light came within 10 feet of the dock we all ran for the car and drove off. This happened in the summer of 1991 we never reported it but we still talk about it and wonder what it was and would anyone ever believe us? Steve Tim and Coralynn Posted by Stephen Gladis
